TOCFL Registration Procedure (SOP)
1. Registration Method
Protection of Student Examination Rights
To improve the support mechanism for international students and protect their examination rights, TOCFL registration at our university is generally conducted through group registration.
Group Registration Process
For group registration, class advisors assist in collecting students' registration intentions and related information. After confirmation, the Chinese Language Center handles the registration process.
Individual Registration Instructions
Students who need individual registration due to special circumstances should explain the reasons to their advisor or department in advance. After completing the test, students must provide score reports and certificates to the Chinese Language Center for verification and record keeping. The information will then be included in institutional learning outcome tracking and related administrative procedures.

Step 1: Chinese Language Center Announces Test Information
The Chinese Language Center announces TOCFL registration information according to the test schedule, including test dates, registration deadlines, registration methods, fees, and important notices.
Step 2: Advisor Collects Registration Information
Students submit their registration intentions to their advisors within the announced period. Advisors assist in collecting the registration list, confirming the number of applicants, and verifying basic student information.
Step 3: Chinese Language Center Processes Group Registration
The Chinese Language Center processes group registration based on the number of applicants and related information provided by advisors.
Step 4: Collect Registration Fees
After confirming group registration information, advisors collect registration fees from students and submit them to the Chinese Language Center for further processing.
Step 5: Complete Registration Process
The Chinese Language Center completes registration verification and related administrative procedures. Students participate in the TOCFL test according to the notification.
