- Accept international students with a senior high school diploma or above.
- Provide diverse admission channels for overseas students studying in Taiwan.
- Arrange suitable learning plans according to students' backgrounds and needs.

- Provide Chinese courses and after-class tutoring.
- Offer TOCFL preparation and mock examinations.
